Pilley Methodist Churchexists to be a Christian presence in the village of Pilley and Tankersley, reaching out with God's love to the community it serves. It does this in regular services of Christian worship, a village liaison group called the Village Link and various community events and concerts. Pilley Methodist church is a special place where village heritage and faith meet.

The mission of the Methodist Church – Barnsley South is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ by encouraging, resourcing and enabling the people and chapels of the area to serve their communities and the wider world.

Weekly Activities:

• Thursday (1st week of each month ) – Village Link – 2 pm to 3.30pm ( Winter Months 1.30pm – 3.00pm )
