On Monday 12th September 80 ladies from around the circuit gathered at Emmanuel for afternoon tea and a talk from Tricia Stewart one of the original Calendar Girls.

We started our gathering with a prayer for Queen Elizabeth and each person was given a candle and card to take home for the funeral day.

Tricia was entertaining, told stories of her full experience from the initial idea, naked picture taking, calendar launch and the extensive travel opportunities it led to. An amazing amount of money has been raised for blood cancer.
