"Christian Aid have released a video about the Community Partnership we as a Circuit, through Barnsley's Christian Aid group, supported in Ghana over the last couple of years. You might remember we raised £5,000 in order that the European Union would then match fund it with £15,000. The project was about supporting people with disability in gaining employment. In this uplifting film we hear about Kaku Famiyeh, a shoemaker, living with a disability, and find out how the programme has supported him and his family, and made him realise that 'disability is not inability'.
As we approach Christian Aid week we thought we'd share the video with you and if you're following our weekly online services Marian will be referencing it in her service so get ahead of the game by watching the video here."
