Webteam: November 2020
During October the chapels in the North West have been busy collecting and donating gifts to enable Carol our Connections development worker with older people to put together gift bags to give to local Care home staff to show our appreciation to them for the work they continue to do in this difficult time.
The response from our members was amazing, and Carol was able to put together just over 100 gift bags which were delivered to Kexborough House, Dignity Care Home and Ward Green Lodge.
The staff were surprised and overwhelmed at the generosity of our members. They not only appreciated the gifts but were also touched that we were thinking of them and praying for them during this time.
