Harvest Guides & Brownies

In September the Guides, Brownies and Rainbows at Wombwell held a Wonky Harvest. We brought examples of wonky fruit and vegetables and explored the challenges of environmental issues in today's world.

This poem was written by Jessica Ainsworth of Barnsley 18th Guides

Recycling is good
'cause it helps the ecosystem
Everyone should try to do it
'cause it good to give back to the environment

If you don't
We will be full of rubbish
So let's work together
For the world is ours to protect
